Fantastic breakfast and perfectly located for an assignment at Koelnmesse

Gladly more tea choice in the room. The TV didn't work properly and the SPA is subject to an extra charge, small things, but a bit of a pity.

Extensive and abundant breakfast with many healthy options, very good service. Comfortable and top location in a quiet area, in the shopping area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a large landscaped park. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was luxurious.

Nice rooms.

Breakfast room so full that there is no room to sit. We were asked to eat in the bar. But there the tables were not set. After a long wait, we took the initiative and set the table ourselves. Outrageously high parking fees. Rather small televisions.

Very close to the Cologne fair. Easily accessible from the airport. Room perfectly clean. Nice atmosphere in the Duex.

TV do not correspond to the state of the art. Breakfast too expensive.

The price on the one hand and the reception desk on the other. The lady who received us was probably just trained, the gentleman behind her always helped her only on repeated request. Not nice because it took a long time to get information and not nice for the employee.

The location wasn't too far from the city centre and there was a possibility to walk over the Deutzer bridge or take the metro (the stop just in front of the hotel) or train to the centre. The spa was amazing and the rooms comfortable. Friendly staff and rich breakfast - we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel!

Good breakfast, good Spa-wellness facilities

two confuses at the dinner at the restaurant: 1. We ordered fole baked potato filled with salmon, but were served only potato. after reminding to the wateress, we were brought a salmon on a different plate. 2. We informed staff that don't eat pork, and ordered some fried potato, but we discovered, that potato was fried with bacon.
